Return & Exchange Policy

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• It must be in the original packaging
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at hello@srhairfeelers.in.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or wrong. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
